it makes money

NODE 2.0 Failure diagnosis

Tried AI already and it let you down?

A familiar story: the bot answered customers off the mark, the team went back to doing it by hand, and the vendor delivered the project and vanished.

A bad result is a process failure, not a technology failure. We design the system with checkpoints where a human reviews the AI: during the pilot, during scaling, and every month under ongoing management.

That's why our clients' AI still works a year after launch — not just until the warranty letter runs out.

Up to 1,000 leads a month and 35% conversion to payment

A 40+ person firm was losing 60% of inquiries before the first call — ₽480,000 every month. We tied every channel into a single CRM, added first-response chatbots, and built follow-up sequences. The pilot went live in two weeks.

Sales ×2.5 after deploying an AI tutor

Tutors at a large online school were drowning in chats and students left without answers. We trained the AI on the course content, gave it student profiles and automated homework checks — complex cases escalate to a human tutor.

NODE 4.0 Implementation line — main assembly

How we work

Four stages. After each one: a clear deliverable and a decision on whether to go further.

  1. 01 · MAGNIFIER

    Audit — 14 days

We break down your processes and find where money leaks. You get a map of 5–10 processes with savings calculated in rubles. The fee is fixed before we start.

  2. 02 · TEST BENCH

    Pilot — 30 days

We automate the one process with the fastest payoff. We measure before/after KPIs together. If the pilot misses the metric, we don't scale — that's your exit point.

We roll out to adjacent processes — only what proved its numbers in the pilot. Prioritized by payback.

  4. 04 · CONTROL PANEL

    Ongoing management

Monitoring and alerts, development hours every month, a report in numbers: how much was saved and how much was sold. A vendor delivers the bot and vanishes — we stay and own the metrics.

We reuse our own battle-tested infrastructure instead of building every project from scratch. That's why a pilot takes weeks, not months.

PrincipleAI shows up in the P&L

You work directly with the person who builds it

I'm Vladislav, founder of Edemium. No layer of account managers: I run the audit, the solution architecture and the metrics myself, together with a team of engineers and our own infrastructure of 90+ services.

My principle is simple: AI should show up in the P&L, not in a press release.

How we take your risk off the table

Audit first, implementation money second

You only pay for implementation after you've seen the automation roadmap with the ROI calculation and signed off on the plan.

Questions we get

We already tried AI and it didn't work. How are you different?

Usually "it didn't work" means a tool was bolted on without redesigning the process. We start with an audit, build in checkpoints where a human reviews the AI, and stay on for ongoing management — accountable for the numbers every month, not just until the handover.

How much does it cost?

The audit is a fixed fee, known before we start. Implementation is scoped from the audit findings: you see the ROI calculation before you pay for the pilot. Ongoing management is a monthly subscription with development hours and a report.

How soon will we see results?

The automation roadmap in 14 days. A pilot with measured KPIs 30 days after kickoff. In our legal-services case the pilot went live in two weeks and conversion rose from 15% to 35%.

Do we need to understand neural networks?

No. You need to see the report: how much was saved, how much was sold, where the bottleneck is. Everything else is our job.

What about data security?

An NDA before the audit begins, servers within the Russian jurisdiction, and access on a least-privilege basis. Personal-data processing consent is handled under Russian law (152-FZ).

What if AI turns out to be useless in our niche?

That's exactly what the pilot is for: one process, 30 days, a before/after measurement. If the metric isn't hit, you pay only for the pilot and we part ways with no hard feelings. That's more honest than promising miracles.

NODE 9.0 Connection point
