Content pipeline: one voice and −30% time on content
The SMM specialists across several local businesses near Moscow each did content their own way — and the owner was drowning in edits. An AI Telegram bot learned his voice: it takes drafts and voice notes and returns publish-ready material. The team now spends 30% less time on content.

What the client came with
Where time and voice were lost
The owner had a voice of his own — the one his local audience knew his businesses by. But the SMM specialists each wrote their own way: content came out off-voice, and formats drifted apart with no shared structure.
Every post went in circles: draft — owner's edits — rewrite — more edits. Time bled away on both sides, and the posts still came out inconsistent from brand to brand.
The rounds of edits wore down the team too: the SMM specialists burned out on rewrites, and the owner burned out on being the eternal editor. Tension kept rising, and there was no one to systematize the process by hand.
What we built
-
01 · ANALYSIS
The bot learns the owner's voice
The AI Telegram bot studies the owner's drafts and voice notes: his vocabulary, his cadence, his favorite turns of phrase. The brand voice moves from "inside the owner's head" into a working profile.
-
02 · ADAPTATION
Copy tuned to the voice and local audience
The bot adapts any incoming material to the brand voice and the local audience near Moscow, and brings post formats to one shared structure — across every one of the owner's businesses.
-
03 · OUTPUT
Publish-ready material
The output is a post you can publish right away. The edit loops are gone from the process: the owner weighs in on the message, not on rewriting every piece of copy.
